利用規約

・売買契約の成立

商品をご注文いただいた場合、お客様からのご注文は、当ショップに対する商品購入についての契約の申込みとなります。お客様からの契約申込みに対する当ショップの承諾は、当ショップから商品が発送されたことをお知らせするメールその他の方法によるご連絡がお客様に送信されたときに成立します。

・返品、返金

返品・返金ポリシーをご参照ください。

・受領拒否

お届け先不明、長期ご不在、その他お客様の都合でご指定のお届け先へ配送ができないことが確認された場合、当ショップからお客様へメールその他の方法によりご連絡いたします。送信から14日経過しお客様からの返答が確認されなかった場合、当ショップとお客様との売買契約は、お客様都合により解除されたものとみなします。尚その場合、当ショップは、下記の発生した実費費用をお客様に請求することができます。

往復の配送料、代金引換手数料、再配送料、梱包資材費、商品後払いの場合の代金相当額

・Formation of sales contract

An order from a customer constitutes an offer to enter into a contract with the Shop for the purchase of products. The Shop's acceptance of your order will be deemed complete when the Shop sends you an e-mail or other method to notify you that the products have been shipped.

refusal to accept 

In the event that the delivery address is unknown, the customer is absent for an extended period of time, or the delivery cannot be made to the designated delivery address due to other reasons, the Shop will contact the customer by e-mail or other means. If no response from the customer is received after 14 days, the sales contract between the customer and the Shop will be deemed terminated at the customer's convenience. In such a case, the Shop reserves the right to charge the customer for the following actual costs incurred.

Round-trip delivery charge, COD fee, re-shipment fee, packing material cost, and the amount equivalent to the price if the merchandise is paid afterwards.
