今日はBotanical angoのトートバッグについているロゴをご紹介しますね。

波と桃とうさぎという3つの紋を組み合わせたBotanical angoの第2ロゴです。

左上の波に乗った小さなウサギに注目してください！

日本では海とうさぎがデザインとしてセットになっていることがあります。

うさぎは水辺に棲んでいないのになぜなんでしょう？

これは月の模様がうさぎ（餅をつくうさぎ）に見えることと海に映る月の影から、あたかもうさぎが波間で遊んでいるかのように見えることから連想されたイメージなのです。

面白い発想ですよね。そんな発想と波に乗って出発するうさぎを紋としてリデザインしました。

そんなプロダクトをたくさん発信していきたいと思います！

 

Botanical ango shop has reopened.

We hope that both Japanese and international customers will enjoy our various products!

Today, we would like to introduce the logo on Botanical ango's tote bags.

Botanical ango totebag

This is Botanical ango's second logo, which combines three motifs: waves, peaches, and rabbits.

Please take a look at the small rabbit riding the wave in the upper left corner!

In Japan, the sea and rabbits are sometimes used together in designs.

Why is that, even though rabbits don’t live near water?  

This imagery stems from the moon’s pattern resembling a rabbit (the rabbit pounding mochi) and the moon’s reflection on the sea, creating the illusion that the rabbit is playing among the waves.  

It’s an interesting concept, isn’t it? We’ve reimagined this concept and the rabbit riding the wave as a motif.  

We aim to share many such products in the future!
